Hey I want to move out in May 2026. This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in The Castings in Manchester City Centre walking distance to Picadilly train station. I am moving out so 1 bed 1 bath would be available, not an en suite but still a private bathroom it is not shared. The second flatmate is a female student so preferably looking for a student or working female to rent out the available 1 bed 1 bath. The rent for the whole apartment is £1620 which will be shared so your half would be £810 plus the bills which are roughly £60-£70 per month per person. The bedroom comes furnished with two side tables, 1 king sized bed and 2 lamp shades.
