Hiya, I’m Katy and I’m looking for a new housemate for my cute 2 bed apartment in New Islington!

About the flat:
Rent is £635 a month and bills come to around £150 per person! Flat is available from the 12th April until the contract ends on 28th June with potential to renew.

The room comes with a super comfy double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and an awesome window that lets in heaps of light!

The flat comes with a washing machine, a dishwasher, cozy loungeroom furniture and lots of storage space.

The flat is in an incredible location with an Aldi, a Morrisons local and a Sainsbury's local all within a 10-minute walk. Piccadilly Station is a 5-minute walk away, and Ancoats Marina is only 10 minutes away, which is perfect for summer!

About me:
I am 25 and currently doing a PhD at the Uni of Manchester in cancer research! I love all things music, drawing, hikes and playing cards at the pub with mates.

I have lived in Manchester for the past few years and am always up for something fun to do on the weekend. I love a good tv series or movie after work and am a big fan of cooking something new!
