I am seeking a professional roommate (please note: roommate, not flatmate) to share a clean and spacious ensuite room with me.. featuring two double beds, private bathroom, and toilet.

The ensuite room is part of a well maintained four bedroom house, with other tenants occupying their own private rooms. The property includes shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, high speed Wi-Fi, Water heater and on site parking.

YOU WILL HAVE A DOUBLE BED TO YOURSELF.

The house is a stone throw to every amenity you can think of. The Eccles Interchange, Bus/Tram stops are only minutes away.
The room is £900 per month so we are to split the rent [£450 each]. A deposit of £200 is required.

About Me:
I am a professional who works from home. I’m introverted, tidy, and value a clean and organized living environment. I would appreciate a roommate who shares similar standards of cleanliness and respect for shared spaces. While I value privacy and personal space, I also enjoy occasional friendly conversations or socializing over a meal or a movie.

I prefer a well ventilated room and often keep the window open for fresh air, as I am not comfortable in overly warm or stuffy environments.
