Double room in corner flat in NQ - 3 minute walk from Piccadilly train station. Very close to Stevenson square which makes the city centre feel very walkable.

My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to move into her room!

The flat is a gorgeous loft style apartment, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. It is 2 bed and 2 bath. My room has an en suite so you will have sole access to the main bathroom as “your” bathroom.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It has a lovely large window which can double as a reading nook for cosy nights in.

The shared living space has a spacious kitchen and living area with views of the surrounding historic buildings of NQ.

We are very nearby some lovely pubs and bars. 2 minute walk to whiskey jar and tariff and dale! And of course walk 2 more minutes and you’ll be in the lovely Stevenson square with lots of shops, food and bars.

As for me, my name is Biz and I would be your flatmate. I am 21, queer, non binary, and working as a bartender in a popular NQ bar (discount for my flatmate included 😋) meaning on weekends you’d largely have the flat to yourself as I’ll be at work until quite late.
I’m not looking to share with someone super quiet, I’m extremely sociable and my partner and friends are often over for dinner or getting ready to get out on Fridays. I also would love to share with someone who works hospitality as I don’t want to disrupt corporate workers when I get home from work on a Saturday at 4am (unavoidable unfortunately)
I care more about cleanliness than everything being perfectly tidy all the time. I don’t care about shoes on the floor but I do care about dishes left in the sink- that kinda vibe. I am very chill if you can just be communicative, life happens and occasionally dishes get forgotten, I won’t crucify you 🤣
Also I am a mother to many plants so I would appreciate if you didn’t kill my green babies🙏🏻

I would be open to someone with a cat moving in (I’d have to get rid of some of the non cat friendly plants but that’s ok) however I would not be open to someone with a dog. Just personal preference :)
