One lovely, very big double room with lots of storage space in huge, stunning, shared house (formerly Manchester Buddhist Centre). It's more a home, really! Three large reception rooms. 3 bathrooms. Sociable and friendly mixed shared house. Room available around 1 Jan. The house is beautifully maintained and we all look after it! 7 mins from tram stop. Slap bang in middle of Chorlton.
I am often told this in a unique household (in a good way!) and tenants tend to stay for many years! Preferred age, 30+. We all get on really well and do spend social time together but enjoy our independence too!
We would want someone who would look after our home and is not allergic to keeping the kitchen clean! 😉
