Hi there! In September 2026, I will be commencing my third year at MMU studying Fashion Marketing.
I am looking for two roommates to move in by the 1/7/2026 until 30/6/2027, rent is half price in July and August with occupancy from September.
I am looking for preferably female students to move in but am open to anyone as long as it’s the right fit!

There are two double bedrooms available in the house, both offered for single occupancy: one is situated on the ground floor and the other is upstairs on the first floor. There is one bathroom with a shower and bath. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom have lots of storage available and there is a cozy kitchen and spacious living room. Outside there is a small yard with a little table and chairs.

Bills are not included but are available on a bundle saving scheme.

The area is quiet and safe. Not on a main road so there is limited traffic noise but a bus stop three minutes away takes you straight into town. It is a well connected area. Although I am part owner with my family, we manage the house through Flax & Co who oversee any issues in the house so it is much easier to manage.
