I'm a young professional looking for someone who wants to short-term let my spare room
It's a 2-bed flat in the city center, a 10-minute walk to Victoria station and about 20 minutes to Picadilly station. There's a gym and a lounge too. A somewhat "beautiful" park is also in front of the building.
I'm very friendly and outgoing, and I don't take myself too seriously. When I'm not working, I could be at the gym or out with friends. I work as a software engineer, so I work from home mostly and go into the office once or twice a week.
I'm big on cleanliness, especially in the communal areas, as I'm tidy myself.
The rent is 750, bills are around 200-300. 950 a month should cover everything
