Top floor room with furniture pictured, bathroom shared with one other person.

Location is really good, five mins from Chorlton tram stop on one side & unicorn / beer house / smoak etc on the other.

Sharing with 7 other lovely gorgeous amazing housemates whose interests include running, climbing, gym, music, films, coffee runs & cooking.

We each have our own lives/thing going on but do a fair amount together - think movies, crafting, pub & events. Would love someone after the same kind of vibe, basically just someone clean, respectful and up for a bit of craic.

The price includes all bills and a weekly communal cleaner. Deposit is 795.

Room available starting 9th of May. We'll be hosting viewings from the w/c 20th April.
