Thanks for checking out this profile, I am looking for another tenant to occupy a spacious spare room with double bed, inbuilt wardrobe. and big windows overlooking the back garden and scenic Pendlebury area of LS Lowry.

The house is from 1970s era and facing a natural woodland area fabulous for a quick walk to clear the cobwebs briming with wildlife inc the Tawny Owl.

The number 8 bus is 5 minute walk away, and Aldi and other buses are 10-15 walk through the woodland. Buses take you into central Manchester or Bolton within 20-30 minutes.

There is space for car parking outside the house and the area is quiet, suburban and perfect for those who want home to be a quiet and chilled sanctuary.

I work from home with occasional day travel around the UK to events I organise. I have two cats 12 yrs and 20 yrs old and mindful of having a person who is sensitive to their needs too. They are very friendly and affectionate and keep themselves to themselves.
