The rent is £625 for a full-time lodger. I’d gladly let the room for less for anyone staying weekdays only.

The rent includes all bills including high speed broadband, all household cleaning items such toilet roll, kitchen towel, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, cleaning products etc (though not personal toiletries!) and a fortnightly cleaner for all communal areas.

I live here with my Cavalier KC spaniel and cat. You must like pets! I work from home, I’m neurodivergent and I have chronic health conditions including migraine, so you must respect my need for a quiet, routine life. I’d also prefer it if you were clean and tidy, but my standards aren’t that high! I’m progressive, non-binary and proud to have friends from all walks of life.

The room would suit a young person who has their own life out of the house but wants a quiet home.

Light and airy double bedroom with view over south facing garden...and gardens beyond that. John Lewis double bed and mattress, and the room is also furnished with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, plus dressing table/desk and office chair. Some furniture can be removed if you wish. I also have a mattress topper, bedding, lamps, a fan, and an electric blanket you can use.

Three bed 30s semi with gardens front & back. I let the drive out separately but you could apply for an on-street resident parking permit.

Close to Wilmslow Road, the Christie & Fog Lane Park. Lovely neighbours. Walking distance to Withington, Didsbury Village and West Didsbury.

We would share

1) modern kitchen with FF, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, combi microwave and lots of storage space. .

2) good bathroom with bath and separate shower. I’d provide the hand towels and bath mats, which I wash twice a week. I can lend you bath towels but they’d go in your laundry!

3) living room with HD TV;

4) downstairs WC, again with towel and cleaning materials provided.

5) box room for ironing and storage;

6) garage for storage.

I work from home so the dining room is my office.
