Me and my flat are moving out of this lovely flat that has been a great for both us. I am moving back home to Oxfordshire, my flat mate, moving home to prepare for future travels. Both of will be very sad to leave this place. It is incredibly homely and well put together, location is perfect. Landlord used to live here and did it up nicely and has been very good and responsive with any past repairs etc. Any questions just ask.

Landlords preference would be a couple of single occupancy but is open to flatshare, which is what it has been in the past.
