I live in a large detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking and a big driveway. The location is ideal with everything nearby — bus stop, tram, post box, Tesco, M&S, petrol station, Subway, laundrette, car wash and Co-op etc.

The room is very spacious with a king-size bed, fully furnished with TV and WiFi. There’s a toilet right opposite the room. The house is modern, well decorated and has a newly done kitchen.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who takes care of shared spaces.

I have no problem with the gender, religion etc.

I work until 1pm, so the best time to call is after 1 or leave a message please. Weekends i am available all day.
