I’m offering these lovely large double rooms and single rooms for male or female lodgers in a good location in the Ancoat area not far from New Islington. All rooms are big.

The flat has three bedrooms in total and I'm a live-in owner. There is a medium size kitchen and two fridges/freezers.
The kitchen is well equipped with essential appliances and an electric cooker and a washing machine.

The house has laminated flooring and is clean, quiet, and comfortable and the Northern Quarter is on your doorstep. I have provided a fridge/freezer just for lodgers so you'd only be sharing those with one other person.

The New Islington tram stop is right outside the development.

The house has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Downstairs, there is a small study room that leads to the back garden.

Each double bedroom has a decent new double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a chest drawer.

The single room is already fully furnished and is now available for rent.

This is a quiet house and area.

Short-term two to six months letting is the minimum. The rent is payable monthly in advance with all utility bills, council tax, broadband, etc.

The refundable deposit is £250. There is a free parking available around the property in the public area.

I'm an IT professional and work usually a few days from home or at times away from home depending on the location of my assignment.

The property is near Ancoats Square, 5 minutes walk from the Ancoats Marina, and the 2 GP surgeries, and 20 mins away from the Ancoat LIDL store. The Manchester tram is 10 mins away from the house. Manchester City football stadium is 20 mins away. The Piccadilly train station is 25 mins away. The Megabus Coach station is 30 mins away, so if you need to travel to any city at night or if you are returning from travel late at night, you can walk down to the house in 30 mins.
