I’m looking for someone to take over the second room in a 2-bed flat in Castlefield, from the start of September ✨

The flat is just a 15-minute walk into the city centre. Rent is £462.50pm, with bills usually coming to around £150pm.

The room is an en suite and comes furnished with the bed and wardrobe pictured. Parking is also available to rent within the complex.

A bit about me: I’m a 25 year old paralegal and work from the office five days a week. I am respectful, tidy and sociable but also value downtime. Love finding new places to eat and going for drinks, so I’d like to find someone similar!
