A very spacious, bright double bedroom available for a fixed 9-month term while I’m travelling.

This is a well-maintained, professional house share in the heart of Levenshulme, offering a comfortable and stable living environment.

The room itself is the largest in the house having excellent natural light with a cherry blossom tree in view, and blackout curtains for privacy and sleep quality. It’s fully set up for comfortable day-to-day living. The desk will be removed but a large chest of draws will be added to the room.

The first month of rent is discounted to £660 and for the rest of the term it is £700. Towards the end of the term there is a possibility of the fixed term being extended if you want that.

You’ll be sharing with two respectful, working professionals who are very nice and social. The house is kept clean, calm and relaxed, this isn’t a party house.
