Hey,

I currently live at the property with Josh (the landlord - so you may have seen his ad on here aswell, he is super chilled). He is moving out and I intend to stay at the property. So I’m posting an add, 1. To help him & 2. Hopefully find some nice people to live with.

The apartment is super spacious, set over 3 floors and all rooms are en-suite with thick walls so noise isn’t a problem. Not much off a party house anymore, work, gym and occasional after work drinks is more the vibe.

The house comes fully furnished, with all cooking utensils, coffee machine etc and all bills are included. It feels very much more a home than a flat. So please note it’s not in a big apartment building and it is standalone in the heart of Ancoats.
