Hello! Im looking for a clean, easy going individual to take over my current tenancy.

The room is the attic room of a three bed, spacious and bright flat situated on Burton Road, a vibrant area populated by shops, cafés and bars - all within 30 seconds of the flat’s front door.

The original tenancy is set to be dissolved in May, so I’m looking for someone who can fill the room at least until then - with the prospect of extending the tenancy after this date.

The current occupants are between the ages of 21 and 26 (a mix of MA students and young professionals) tidy, clean and LGBTQ+ friendly.
