Hi! My name is Ben, and I’m moving out at the end of the month, so I’m looking for somebody to replace me. You’ll be on the bottom floor in a very nice large room. The house includes a living room, dining room, kitchen and a garden with the bathroom on the second floor.
You’ll have three lovely housemates (photo included), they’re all great people and my good friends, they love staying in and watching tv but also enjoy a night out or chill drinks at the pub!
Note that the room will not be decorated upon moving in, all of my stuff will be gone.
