We are looking for a friendly (and tidy) housemate for the large double room in our house in Cheadle.

We have an open fire place in the lounge, very good sized garden which is used regularly for BBQs in the summer. There is a lockable bike shed and separate garden shed too.

All bills are included in the rent (super-fast broadband, council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV license etc) Most importantly we have a lovely cleaner who comes regularly to clean all communal areas - this is also included in the price 😊

There is on road parking directly outside the house which is in a cul-de-sac.

Cheadle itself is lovely - lots of little delis, bars and restaurants with a train station into town nearby. There's a nice farmer's market too that appears every month (if you're into that sort of thing!)

Paarswood (East Didsbury) is nearby with cinema, tram stop, bowling, restaurants etc

x2 nearby train stations take you to the city centre within 10/15 mins (East Didsbury and Cheadle Hulme train stations)

There is a Lidl which is a five minute walk from the house too.

Cheadle also has very easy access to the M60 which is handy for being straight on the ring road.
