I'm looking for 6 months contract as a minimum.

The house is well situated within walking distance to Cheadle village shops, restaurants, bars and amenities . I am conveniently close to good transport links to the City Centre, airport and beyond. I'm also close to John Lewis and other retail outlets.

I have a big beautiful kitchen diner extension so there is plenty of space to cook and chill out if you want your own space as I have two living rooms.

All utility bills are included in the rent.
I'm a single parent to a 15 year old and would like a housemate who is friendly and someone my son and I get along well with.
I will consider Mon - Fri let for £600pm.
