A large double room is available to rent in a new built house. Very spacious room. Fully decorated and furnished in couple of weeks ago. Room has a double bed, dressing/work table and fitted wardrobe that has drawers, hangings and shelves. Bathroom is mostly used only by you.
Parking and back garden available. 1 minute walk to the bus stop and 3 minutes walk to the Heald Green rail station. Usually a 15 min ride to the Manchester city by the train.10 minutes to the airport. Just cross the road for all sort of shops and amenties.
I live my own mostly. So very calm and quiet environment.
Looking for a decent student or working female. All bills are inclusive (Electric car charging is excluded). Negotiable.
