Hi
I will be moving from my room on 14/7/, as my studies are over for this year.
Therefore, I am looking for a replacement tenant. My room is available *only* from 15/7/ to 26/8/ and *only* to a full time student. It is a large, ensuite room with a big window in a quiet and modern flat. Basically, the only thing that is shared is the (free fortnightly cleaned and spacious) kitchen. The room is in a private student hall Cavendish Place, Unite Students (a replacement tenant would sign a tenancy agreement with Unite Students) and is located perfectly in Manchester city centre, just minutes from Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester.
