The room is a fully furnished, double bedroom in 8th floor overlooking the canal. You will also have the master bathroom as I have an en-suit.

The flat is in a Castlefield location right by the canal ,10 min walking distance to Deansgate and tram links. It has a calm, relaxed vibe.

Im big on consideration and cleanliness, as you can see from the photos I like to keep spaces tidy. I value a respectful living environment and take pride in maintaining a clean, organised space. I'm past partying and drinking and have grown to appreciate relaxed weekends, so someone who's on a similar page would be a good fit.
