Looking for a new flat mate for a two bed (en-suites) flat in Ancoats on the Marina which I'm currently living in.

Rent is £723.50. I pay £838 with parking which is available if needed.

Gym included, along with communal room in Lobby area.

The apartment is furnished by myself, minus the bedroom but you have the option of having your own bed or buying my friends bed which she is happy to sell. Walk through wardrobe area is part of the room so only bedroom furniture would be drawers if needed.
