Hi, looking for someone to take over my tenancy for M15SX. It’s a 5 minute walk from Manchester metropolitan university and is local to Tesco, Greggs, kfc etc. It’s a non en-suite medium room with a double bed and the flat is shared with 2 other people. The rent is £7100 for the entire year or 170pcw (including bills, fully furnished, WiFi etc) The contract starts from 12th September so please send me a message on messenger and let me know!
