Hi! I'm Lawrence, a working professional in Manchester.
My current flat mate is looking to move to a different part of Manchester, and so I'm looking for someone to take the en-suite room in this Ancoats flat.

The flat is very conveniently located - it is literally a minute to the New Islington Tram Stop, is a 15 minute walk away from Northern Quarter, and a 10 minute walk away from Piccadilly Station.

Flat itself is a good size, with an open plan kitchen/living room space. There is also concierge available for parcel delivery, and parking is available at the site for an additional cost.

Rent is £700pcm (bills excl, typically £150pcm - £200pcm, utilities + council tax).

The referencing process is relatively simple - largely is just an income verification check.

About me:
I'm a 25 year old professional, working in Finance. I am quite tidy and easy to live with, am quite easy going and a chilled person, but also enjoy socialising and experiencing new things. I'm always happy to have a chat, but also respectful of personal space.
Most important thing for me in a flatmate is that they are respectful of shared areas - if you have this, we'll get along just fine.
