The apartment is located in a really quiet area, Arndale is 3-5 mins walk from the apartment, besides there's also a Park next to the building, as well as plenty of cafes, bars and transport links.
There's a co-op less than a minute walking from the apartment, and an Aldi like 5 minutes away.

The apartment is fully furbished, you can have a look at the pictures.

I'd be the only other flatmate, I work as a tech/software developer and work hybrid so I work from home a few days a week.
I am originally from Spain, been here for a couple of years.
I have a small dog, so it's pretty much a must that you would be happy to live with one, it is a small one as it is a Shiba Inu, pretty much never barks or does any noise and is really friendly :)
