Room is available from end of last week of October/1st November. My lovely flatmate is moving to another city so need someone to take over her room!

The location is amazing - 8 minute walk from market street/15 minute walk from Northern Quarter/10 minute walk from Deansgate/7 minute walk from Victoria Station. There’s also an Asda and Sainsbury’s a 3 minute walk away. It’s fully furnished and is fab for storage. It has an open plan living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a storage cupboard and a utility cupboard. The bathroom is shared, but is spacious and gorgeous and clean!!! 🧼

RENT & BILLS:
Rent is £550/month
Bills (electricity, water, wifi, council tax etc) come to roughly £250/month - average at £800 in total.

ABOUT ME:
I’m a 23 year old professional who works in Manchester city centre. I’ve lived in this flat for just over a year and absolutely love it! I’m super easy-going and respectful, I love to hang out with my flatmates but also really love my own company - I also work in hospitality management so am out of the flat a lot - especially during the evenings! I’m looking for another female around a similar age group to move in. I’m a super creative person and run my own small art business alongside my job. I also looove music and the gym and keep myself really busy!

Cleanliness/tidiness is important to me - it’s a beautiful flat and I love it to stay clean - if you’re a messy gal then this isn’t for you!
