I’m renting out my spacious double room SHORT TERM from may/June to September for anyone looking for temporary summer accomodation at a reduced price of £750 (originally £860), and best of all, no deposit required. The flat is just a 3-minute walk from Piccadilly Station, making it perfect for getting around the city and outside it with ease. The room itself is bright and generously sized, with a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage, in the room is a modern bathroom with a great shower.
The flat comes with on-site laundry facilities, and parking is available for an additional cost. The area is fantastic, known for its great nightlife and amazing food, while still being very family-friendly and, importantly, extremely safe, giving you real peace of mind whether you’re out late or heading home. Everything central is within a 10–15 minute walk, so you’re right in the heart of it all. The flat is also located on the 6th floor, so you’ll have a view and no one looking into the kitchen or your bedroom!
The flatmates are genuinely lovely, super welcoming, easygoing, and always happy to help you settle in or explore the area. It’s a great atmosphere overall, making this not just a place to stay, but a place to really enjoy living. Shared kitchen and living room (TV in the shared space), with plenty of cupboard, fridge and freezer space per person. The flat is located up on the 6th floor, so you’ll never have anyone looking into your bedroom or kitchen!
