I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our shared 2 bed flat, ending in October 2026 with the option to renew. All bills (electric, water, WiFi) included (except council tax: band D).

Flat has a luxury shared kitchen and living space, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and stove. Bedroom includes a king sized bed, two double wardrobes and modern en suite bathroom.

My flatmate (who you will share the living space/kitchen with) is a lovely young air hostess. She is clean/tidy and quiet, yet friendly and up for a chat when around. It’s been a pleasure living with her and she has had many different flatmates throughout the years.
