Small double room overlooking the Rochdale Canal/Rain Bar. Double bed, clothes rail, draws and room for a small laptop desk and chair. Large open plan lounge and kitchen (65in TV, PS5, WiFi etc) and washing machine, Nespresso and bath/shower. Two mins walk to Deansgate/Castlefield tram and two mins to Oxford Road.
I'm the sole contractor on the two bed flat at the moment, if you want to go on the contract you can (which will involve the agency, Reeds Rain, doing some paperwork work. Alternatively you can sublet the room from me.
It's available now but I'm in no rush so move in date is open to discussion.
Rent of £575 plus bills, roughly £150-200pcm. No couples - it's for one person. I had this previously advertised as a Mon to Fri let but changed it to full 7 day week let.
About me - I'm 50 (but I'm sure I should be 30!), a journalist and book writer. Originally from Manchester but lived all around the country. Not a drinker/party person, more into gym, meditation, football and films (Home is only 90 seconds walk). I'm clean and keep a clean flat, and looking for someone similar to share with.
