Hi I’m Luan and I’m looking for a new flatmate!

About the flat: Located in Ancoats in the Skyline Central building, the flat is extremely well located for Manchester Victoria, the Northern Quarter, and is a 20 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly.

The flat has a shared kitchen and living area, a balcony, two bathrooms, and comes with the standard amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. Within the building there is also a top floor gym and pool, with great views of the city alongside a hot tub, sauna and steam room.

The available room is fairly spacious and comes with a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, and a double bed.

The rent is £750 and the bills come to roughly £185 a month on top of this.

About me: I’m a 26 year old who has lived in Manchester for a few years and works in the city centre. I’m a clean and respectful flatmate, and would like to find a flatmate to hang out and become mates with rather than solely just live with. In my free time I like to play a lot of sport, mainly going for runs and playing football, while I also enjoy socialising and having a few drinks with friends.
