Hello!
I am looking for a female student to take over my tenancy at Daisy Bank Villas, Homes for Students. The available room is a spacious Silver Ensuite with a fully equipped kitchen, under-bed storage, a wardrobe, shelves, and a study table. The accommodation features a secure door, an onsite team that handles parcels with care, and a high-speed broadband service.
The location is convenient, within a 10-minute walk of Tesco, Lidl, and Curry Mile. I have kept my room in pristine condition, so it will feel as good as new for the next occupant.
The rooms here are more spacious than most university halls and are generally quiet. The accommodation hosts events like canvas painting, smoothie days, and Halloween activities. The gated carpark adds a sense of security.
I loved living here and am transferring my tenancy to a female student, as it is an all-female flat shared with two others. The tenancy runs from 8th July to 31st August, with a rent of £165 per week. It includes:
Washing machine
Microwave
Oven
Induction stove
Self-operated heater
Outdoor area
1Gbps* wired internet
Parking (additional charge)
Communal kitchen
All utility bills
Bike storage
Contents insurance*
I am leaving because I have decided to move in with friends.
