My flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend and I'm looking for someone to replace him. Flat is a good size and in an awesome location 5 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to Ancoats marina. Like going out for a drink occasionally and having a laugh and am very easy to get on with but am keeping things more chilled nowadays so looking for someone who isn't wild, so no drugs in the flat whatsoever please.

I'm a mature student who is also working and I study in the flat mostly. Remote workers more than welcome, although ideal of you work on site in the office.

The price of the flat is speculative as I've not heard back from the landlord regarding rent increase so I've assumed they're going to raise it the same amount as they did last year, so room could be a little cheaper than advertised given new rental laws, Also, spareroom. wont let me put the right deposit fee down, for some reason which would likely be around 850 not 750 for a room advertised at 675.
