The apartment is located in Hulme, Manchester, an area that has recently benefited from university campus developments. There are shops and cafés within walking distance, as well as an ASDA superstore. Transport links into and out of the city centre are very convenient.

Looking for a student tenant to share this lovely apartment.

The double bedroom comes with its own private bathroom. Yes, each bedroom in the apartment has its own independent bathroom and toilet.

The ideal tenant is a non smoker, clean, quiet, and not into parties.

Rent for the double bedroom with private bathroom, shown in the pictures and for your sole use only, is £650 per month.

Couples are welcome, with rent set at £750 per month.

Utility bills are shared with the other flatmate and are roughly £60 to £70 per person per month. The contract length can be 5/6 months only.

I am the direct landlord, so there is no deposit required. Two months’ rent is payable in advance. For example, on a 5 month contract starting on 21 March, two months’ rent would be paid upon moving in. A further two months’ rent would be due on 21 May, followed by the final one month’s rent on 21 July. The tenancy would end on 21 August, at which point the keys would be handed back to me.

I will require the tenant’s previous reference, passport, working contract or student ID or university letter, and proof of financial ability such as a bank statement. I am happy to provide my own passport and Land Registry document to prove my landlord status.
