I’m looking for someone to take over my room in my flat, as I’ve decided to move out and live on my own!

The flat is in New Vic which is located right in the city centre next to Manchester Victoria Station.

The flat is modern with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the room you would be taking over as the larger of the 2 and with your own ensuite bathroom. The room comes with a built in wardrobe, a king sized bed with under bed storage and a built in wardrobe, and also 2 bedside tables. It is fully furnished and also has a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher.

Wifi is included in the rent, and after bills I pay about £1150

The building is super new and has a gym, outdoor area, cinema, Co-working and events space. The building staff are also super lovely and helpful.
