Aldi & Pure Gym within a 5 minute walk from the flat. The building comes with a communal area both on the rooftop terrance and in the main reception. There is also a small gym located on the terrance.

Bills come in at roughly £80-£90 each in the winter and around £60 in the summer as the sun heats the flat all day. Council tax is around £90 each & a deposit of £880

A bit about myself, I moved to Manchester from Scotland last year. I work full time in finance and also in the music industry when I have some spare time. Hoping to live with someone I can be friends with but also totally fine with giving each other space.
Love a chill night binge watching tv or movies.
