Hi! My current housemate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to share my two-bedroom house with 😊

Each person gets their own double bedroom and a separate study room, so you've got proper space to work and live - ideal if you work or study from home! The room comes with a bed and there's the option to keep additional furniture from the previous tenant, happy to discuss.

The house:
• The house is fully set up — sofa, dining table, washing machine and equipped kitchen with everything you need. All the furniture is mine and you're welcome to share it
• Spacious living room
• First-floor bathroom
• Back garden with chairs, table and a parasol for sunny days
• Convenience store right next door, Aldi 5 min walking distance
• Bus stop directly outside — goes to the universities and city center
• Very close to Alexandra Park, 10-minute walk to Platt Field Park too
• Free parking on the street

• £725/month (rent split equally between two tenants)
• Bills averaging ~£120 each per month

About me: I'm a 43-year-old woman from Barcelona, working at Manchester Metropolitan University where I teach. I'm also in the final stages of my PhD. I've been in Manchester for almost 5 years and love it here. I mostly work from home but go into uni when I'm teaching. I'm quiet, clean, and tidy — I like my own space but I'm always up for a chat, a pizza night, or doing something fun together 😊
