I'm looking for a girl to take my room in a gorgeous flat in Ancoats M4 5GA Poplin, from July 1st.
It's a nice big room with great windows, big wardrobe and drawers under the bed.
The building has a receptionist during the day, a parcel room, co-working area and a private room you can book for free. No parking, sorry.
You'd be sharing the flat with a very tidy clean professional girl, she's working 9-5.
The rent is £680 plus bills (roughly £175) (we are getting a discount working for the NHS, otherwise it'd be +£85pp approximately)
