My current housemate is relocating hence, availability of the 2nd room in my apartment in Deansgate/Castlefields (Liverpool Rd), City Centre - M34JN

The flat is perfectly set up at the moment, in terms of kitchen goods, the bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Really nice location, with a heap of great things at your doorstep including bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Will be sharing with myself - 31, working professional Aussie for 2+ months with the option to take on the full lease and the private enclosed carpark (which is an optional extra)!
I occasionally work from home from the dining table but am flexible with my office in town.
