Hi, I'm Lilly and I'm looking for a new flatmate to rent a spacious double room with your own bathroom in a lovely apartment in Whalley Range.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with large windows and skylights that make it feel bright and airy throughout. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers, and you'll have your own bathroom with a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

The shared living area is comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen has plenty of storage, generous worktop space and a dishwasher.

I work from home most days, but from my bedroom, so the living room is free to use whenever you like. There's also a large shared garden, shared with the lovely family downstairs, which is great to enjoy during the summer.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys a calm, respectful home. I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and cosy, and while I tend to keep to myself, I'm always happy to have a chat from time to time. It's not a party flat – it's more relaxed :)

My ideal flatmate is someone who is clean, considerate, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces.
