I am moving home for summer and would like to sublet my room from the 7th June to 15th August. The flat is within a quiet student accommodation, especially being in summer it will be quite quiet! You can be a working professional as well, as it is only a short term let. The building amenities includes a gym, games area, private study spaces and lounges! You will be sharing the flat with 2 other girls, they are 20-21 and fairly quiet, usually keep themselves to themselves! Ideally you will be a chilled flatmate, preferably a girl of similar age! You can have a partner/friends round but the room would be too small for a couple to live in.
