My flatmate is moving back home in July so looking for someone to take over her tenancy as I love the apartment and really don’t want to live anywhere else!

The room has an ensuit and it’s a really modern, girly flat. There’s a 180 degree view from the balcony overlooking the water, gym downstairs, cinema room, and you get lots of discounts in bars and restaurants in Manchester from being a tenant here 🤩

There’s a tram stop literally right outside so there’s such good links to the city centre and only takes 15 mins to get there

And a bit about me 🥰 - I’d say I’m a proper girl’s girl so would love to become friends with my new flatmate! Even though I’ve lived in this flat for a few years, I really want to make sure whoever moves in, feels like it’s their home as much as mine 🙌

I like going out for food/drinks, to the gym, and don’t mind the occasional night out but also love a cosy night in watching MAFS or some other mind-numbing reality tv show 😭

I work from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday but I go to the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays so not in too much during the day. I also go to the gym on Saturdays

I’m really clean and tidy so would be great to find someone who’s similar 🩷
