Hi,
I am looking for someone to take my flatmate's room as he is moving out. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Deansgate tram station and is clean, furnished and comfortable. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. I am staying in an ensuite room so the main bathroom is for your use only.
The current rent is £600 and does not include bills. Deposit is £693. Bills vary during the winter/summer months. Internet is £15, water is £20 and electricity is an average of £80 in the winter and £40-50 in the summer.
I would prefer the person I am looking for for the room to be clean, tidy and have a quiet lifestyle as I am one myself.
Please note If you cannot provide a payslip you will need to provide a guarantor.
