Hi everyone, two rooms are about to become available in my 3 bedroom flat in Hulme. I am ideally looking to find two female tenants to join the female tenant who is currently in the flat. The flat is on Stretford Road overlooking Hulme Park. Very close to the new birley fields campus. 10 min walk to Oxford Road. A short walk into city centre (although there’s also a bus stop right outside the flat). All mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine etc. Bills included (except internet which you’ll sort with other tenants). All the rooms are doubles and fully furnished. Any questions please ask!

This is for a short-term let as I am in the process of selling the flat, but don’t expect this to complete for at least 2-3 months and possibly more. I will always make sure to give you a full 4 week’s notice if I needed you to move out.

I would also ask for 1 month’s notice if you were to move out to give me time should I need to find another tenant.

I ask for one month’s rent as a deposit which I would return at the end of tenancy and the first month’s rent in advance to secure the room.

One room is available immediately (from 1st April) and one from mid-April (15th).
