My flat mate is moving to Tokyo in October! I have a two bedroom, modern flat. It’s very clean, light, open space and modern with a balcony on the 7th floor.

The room available has an en-suite and is a double bedroom fully furnished. I bought some nice draws for extra storage in the room and a wardrobe!

The building has security, gym and is on the water front!

I am very clean, friendly, sociable and easy to get along with. I love cooking, running, reading. I love parkrun and walks, I’m in my chilled era of wholesome weekends, baked goods and a coffee!

Im a solicitor, i work 5 days a week in the office and I’m out running most days! Im looking for a flatmate who can be a friend and someone looking for homely vibes! ☺️

I am very clean and like making the place look lovely! Please do bring whatever you would like to make it feel homely to you! 😊

If you work from home, I set up a little office space in the living area. I don’t work from home but thought an office would be a cute touch!

The rent is £700 and all together with bills it would be £850. There is a tram stop next to the building ( a 1 min walk away) which is only 5 mins to St Peter’s square!

I do have cats, Thomas and Loui who are both lovely. They are very friendly and very well trained and clean! They spend most of their time in my room sleeping! (When I’m away travelling they both go and stay at my sisters)
