I will be moving out of my student room once my lectures have finished and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 12th April to 6th September 2025. (There may be some flexibility with the start date).

YOU MUST BE A STUDENT WITH A VALID STUDENT ID.

The cost is £200 per week and includes all utility bills, contents insurance and broadband (as a student you will be exempt from Council Tax).

The room is an ensuite “premium range 1” bedroom in a 6 bedroom flat on the 5th floor. It is very spacious (17.5ft x 17.5ft) with a double bed and under bed storage, built-in wardrobe with a hanging rail and one shelf, desk with drawers, desk chair and plenty of storage. The ensuite has a shower, WC and sink.

There is a shared open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge with TV, which I share with 5 other flatmates (2 male & 3 female MMU returning students).

The accommodation has 24/7 security and CCTV with on-site customer services/maintenance, and there is a common room and laundry room on-site.

Piccadilly Station is a 5 minute walk and UoM/MMU are a 15 minute walk.

The tenancy is for one person only even though it is a large room with a double bed. The contract will be with Unite Students with full rent payable in advance.
