I'm moving out of my 4 bed house in Hulme due to wanting to move in with my best friend. The contact is a periodic rolling contract. But someone who wants to stay until the 24th of August 2027 would ideal but shorter is still okay.

There are two rooms available for one person to use as they please. There are 2 bathrooms and one shower shared between the other two girls on the 1st floor.

Rent is £600 pcm managed by C&R properties, bills are around £50-£80 a month.

The current tenants are all female studying medicine, music and a social sciences degree. We have a lovely south facing back garden and the location couldn't be better for UoM or MMU. 10 mins walk to both and to an Asda, a garden centre and a gym.

- I paid the water bill up front so this will be paid to me directly for the year from the day you move in.
- Can be available by next week 21st September, the referencing may take a little bit of time but you can sublet from me directly until you get put on the tenancy officially by the agency.
-Council tax band A if you are a working professional you will be solely responsible for the council tax with a 25% discount because everyone else is a student.
