Double room:
£625pcm

Double room for rent in Green Quarter, sharing with a 23 year old Irish guy who works Monday to Friday in the office. Respectful of space and sound.

Rent is 625, bills come to roughly 150 as parking space is rented, up to you if you continue that or to use it. Bills will likely decrease coming into the warmer weather. You will have your own bathroom as flatmate has an ensuite.

Room should be available around the beginning of April, drop me a message and we can discuss or for any other questions. Viewings immediately, should be a 6 month joint tenancy to begin with, with the option of renewal.

Must be able to pass referencing for UK right to rent, proof of income (3 months payslips/bank statements), proof of address (bank statement/utility bill within last 3 months), proof of ID (passport), employer reference to confirm employment.
