Subletting my room for a month while I'm travelling for work. Room will be free 6th June- 15th of July. But can be flexible with dates.

Flat is excellently located in ancoats close to the city centre. Has a gym/parking in building and a lovely balcony that wraps round the edge.
You'll be sharing with two guys in their mid twenties, ones a masters student and the other is a nuclear engineer, both lovely and friendly up for a chat but equally if you're there a month can leave you to your own devices.
